Today is a beautiful day... I love fall and it's starting to feel like my favorite season is approaching. The air smells crisp and there's just a slight chill in the air. The sun is out but it's not that scorching, blaring, blinding, suffocating heat that comes with summer. It's just.... perfect. Jeans and a light sweater or long sleeve t-shirt weather.
With fall comes my favorite holiday too: Halloween. I used to love to get all dressed up as a kid and go carousing the neighborhood for all that free candy! This time of year is just the best. It's now that I am at my happiest. Now if only I had a someone special to share it with.
Looking foward to spending the day out at my parent's house. Dad and I will watch the game and roll our eyes when mom turns away. She hates, hates, hates, football. She'll huff around and make under her breath comments about the game. The time it takes to play, the extreme amount of money they earn and blah blah blah. I will do my best to ignore it and dad will just be dad. After 38 years of marriage he's learned to tune her out; wish I could do the same!
Anyways hope all you folks out there enjoy whatever weather your city is having today!
I want to gorge myself on apples and caramels these days. But I won't.

Also, I don't know if yahoo is down, my computer is wonky, or what but your email address is nowhere in my yahoo contacts. Even though I know it was put in there just the other day. Others are missing too, so I'm suspecting either I or Yahoo effed it up big time. Then again, I'm working from a netbook, and sometimes it doesn't load all the information if I have too much saved in the storage drive. Which might be the case because my dad drove up this weekend and took a ton of pics of Jake. Anyway, can you shoot me a quick email so I can have your address again, just in case it really is gone?
